Account details

To help you know that our employees genuinely work for us when they knock on your door, we offer a password scheme to help protect you against bogus callers. (If you have registered for our Priority Services scheme, you may have already set up a password, so you won’t need to fill in this form).

The password will only be known to you and us, and it can be any word between 6 and 12 characters long. When one of our employees visits you, ask them to give you the password before you let them in. If the person at your door gives you the wrong password, or doesn't know your password, don't let them in!
