Your password must be between 8 and 20 characters long. We also recommend that you choose a password with a characteristic of 'Strong' or 'Very strong' (the password strength appears when you start to type). For security reasons, there are some restrictions on the characters that you are allowed to enter. Please click on the password help icon for more information about setting your password.



When you register for My Account, the great news is that you can receive your bill electronically rather than through the post. Your bills are then stored safely online and can be viewed on your smartphone, tablet or PC. However, if you'd prefer to continue to receive paper bills, that's not a problem - simply untick the paperless billing option below. You can always change your mind and switch back to paperless billing at a later date.
